Ms. Yu has practiced law for over 10 years in Singapore. As a Singapore attorney, she focuses her practice on private wealth, wealth management and financial services, and cross-border transactions. Ms. Yu has been involved in many estate planning and succession matters, 13O/U tax exemption applications, capital market service license applications, and immigration matters for over 80 high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices in Singapore. She advises listed and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and cross-border investment projects and partnerships in Singapore's market. In addition, Ms. Yu regularly assists corporations in setting up a presence in Southeast Asia and in undertaking corporate restructurings and also advises company officers on their duties, responsibilities, and employment-related matters.

Education

Ms. Yu graduated from the Peking University in Beijing with a Juris Master degree in 2007, and from Columbia University in New York with an LL.M. degree in 2018.
